Repositioning Lendsqr’s website for growth and clearer product storytelling

Lendsqr ・ 2025 ・ Live Site

Lendsqr’s website was no longer keeping up with the maturity of the product. The company had grown into a stronger lending infrastructure platform, but the website did not communicate the product clearly enough or give prospective lenders a strong reason to explore further.

I redesigned the website to clarify Lendsqr’s positioning, improve the site structure, rewrite the core content, and create a more credible product story for lenders evaluating the platform.

Growth in visibility

56%

Increase in website views
More people reached and explored the website after the redesign improved Lendsqr’s positioning, structure, and product storytelling.
Higher engagement

72%

Increase in active users
More visitors actively engaged with the website, suggesting the new structure gave users clearer reasons to keep exploring.
Reduced drop-off

~20%

Reduced bounce rate
Fewer visitors dropped off immediately, which indicated that the redesigned pages were clearer and more relevant to prospective lenders.
Stronger intent

61%

Increase in total actions
Visitors took more meaningful actions across the website, from exploring pages to engaging with calls to action and resources.

What needed to change

The old website had three main issues:

  • The value proposition was not clear enough at first glance.
  • Important product capabilities were not properly represented.
  • The site structure did not make it easy for visitors to explore products, resources, and next steps.

The goal was to make the website clearer, more credible, and more useful as a growth channel.

What I did

I audited the old website, reworked the sitemap, rewrote the core website content, and redesigned the main pages.

The new experience focused on helping visitors quickly understand what Lendsqr does, who it serves, why it matters, and where to go next.

I also collaborated with the visual designer on illustrations and final assets to make the website feel more polished, trustworthy, and aligned with the company’s growth.

Results

Within 9 months of launch, the redesigned website showed stronger visibility and engagement:

  • 56% increase in website views
  • 72% increase in active users
  • ~20% improvement in bounce rate
  • 61% increase in total user actions

The results suggested that the new website was easier to understand, more engaging to explore, and better aligned with Lendsqr’s product story.
